Sessions in Durham
face to face sessions in Durham are currently suspended due to Coronavirus and lockdowns.
since March 2020 my face to face sessions have moved online. I also took the decision to move my northeast practice from York where I successfully worked for many years, to Durham to be closer to home. I am delighted to tell you that when face to face practice can safely resume, I shall be working from
Northern Integrative Health Practice

This site will be updated when I am able to offer face to face sessions again.
Until that time, all hypnotherapy and psychotherapy sessions for existing and new clients have moved online and are now conducted by skype or zoom.If you are unsure whether online sessions feel comfortable for you, I am happy to discuss this further with you and arrange a brief, no-obligation online chat with you so you can experience this format.
Coronavirus update March 2020 - all sessions will now be online. For details click here
NIHP is just outside the Cathedral city of Durham. Durham is well known for the Norman cathedral and 11th Century castle. The Cathedral is the final resting place of Saint Cuthbert and Saint Bede the Venerable, and the castle has been the home of Durham University since 1832. The whole of the centre of Durham is a conservation area with over 630 listed buildings. It is home to several annual events including the Durham Miner's Gala, the largest socialist trade union event in the world, and Lumiere, the UK's largest light festival.
